My wife and I were scared at first. Going into a market where houses are moving as fast as they are in DFW, we were afraid we would never find a house that fit us without being forced to overpay for it. The Mickle team calmed those fears by keeping us constantly up to date on what was available on the market everyday. When we saw something we just had to go see they were always able to get us a walk through quickly so we had a chance at being the first ones with an offer in. What I liked most about them was their ability to point out problem areas in houses during the showings. If we saw something, or they saw something, that worried us they were able to talk us through best and worst case scenarios before we even put offers in on properties. So without paying out earnest money and inspection fees for houses we might like we were able to make an educated decision about what repairs or items needing to be addressed would cost us upon purchasing a home. At times I felt like I was walking through houses with a realtor and an inspector. When we did find the house we wanted they were able to help us keep things in perspective on what the home was actually worth so we didn't get too emotionally attached and end up overpaying. There is no doubt in my mind who I will use the next time I go to buy a house, or who I would recommend to anyone I know looking to buy a home.

Our house purchasing experience with Angel was great. Angel is very friendly and a great listener. Unlike most realtors who are pushy and rush you to a purchase, Angel showed us multiple houses first, and through the process was able to easily identify our tastes. Angel and Chris are also very knowledgable of the DFW area and home builders and will only let you get into the best property. We were very lucky to have both at our disposal and are happy about our purchase. Since moving in less than two weeks ago, I have referred Angel to a friend and coworker and she has already found them a home

She assisted us in the whole home-buying process and even more. She did everything she can to help the client and acted on her clients' best interest. Very professional.

I met Chris & Angel- when I was researching what type of home I wanted to purchase.
For a second-time buyer like myself, I had a lot of questions that google searches couldn't satisfactorily answer. However, Chris &Angel are very knowledgeable, and unlike other agents, he is very responsive. I never had an email go unanswered for more than 10 minutes. If you are a type of person, who needs to get his/her answer immediately, I would most definitely recommend Chris and angel.
I've come to notice that realtors can be very disrespectful or sometimes dismissive of your needs. Some dismiss your expectations as unrealistic or hard to satisfy with the amount of asset you will be committing. However, the Mickle team really tries to understand what you're specifically looking for in a home, and goes over what your purchasing power is. Based on my needs, they quickly came up with a list of potentials from which I ended up buying a very lovely house-FIRST BID can you believe it ..?
One of the best thing about the Mickle team is that they have a great vision ,creativity and outside the box thinking! they are problem solvers and complete each other – and that what makes them the DREAM TEAM !. That passion really bleeds into their work ethic, which is one of the best I've seen across various industries. If you have been having trouble picking a realtor, go with the Mickle team .Their recommendations saved us a ton of money which is the name of the game. his team made the buying process an enjoyable one. I seriously doubt you'll regret your decision- top notch.
If I need to purchase a home again, it'll without doubt be with Chris & Angel.

We as first time home buyers were not very familiar with the market and we were dependent on online tools . Angel reached out to us and understood our needs very precisely. She was very prompt whether it was to schedule a showing or preparing the documentation . Angel is a very detail oriented realtor and focused on every minor detail to help us make our decision. With her help we were able to find our first home within a month even with very low inventory. She was with us throughout the process and very professional. I would recommend Angel to any home buyer.

Angel is a pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and is very nice. She showed me a my wife several homes and never pushed us to go above our price range. She took the time to drive to areas that she wasn't very familiar with to help show us homes. When we found the one we wanted she FOUGHT to get us everything we wanted from the seller. This was by far the best experience I could have hoped for.

Angel and Chris were always very helpful. We were moving from a different State and they make the hunting for a house a lot easier for us. They always concentrate in the specifications we gave them. Gave us options until we have the right one.

I found Chris through an internet search for realtors with reasonable fees and I was very pleased with the quality & thorough service his company provided. My home was listed in all major and minor markets and the quality of the photo gallery was top notch. My home sold in a matter of a few days. I would definitely look to use Chris Mickle again with my next home purchase/sale venture.
